DOROTHY "DOT" FALLON is an experienced Mediator and Arbitrator specializing in Labor and Employment, and Commercial dispute resolution having mediated or arbitrated well over a hundred cases. Dot serves on numerous panels including the American Arbitration Association Labor Panel, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services, The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the US Postal Service Redress Program Panel, The Public Employment Relations Boards of New York and Oregon, the State of Washington Public Employment Relations Commission, the New Jersey State Board of Mediation as well as others.

Dot brings experience in dispute resolution in the corporate and small business settings, and in both the private and public sectors. Dot has experience handling matters in a wide variety of industries including: Education, Municipal Government, Health Care, Hospital/Nursing Homes, Hotels, Retail, Manufacturing, Beverages, and Communications among others.

Dot has experience in negotiating terms for Labor and Employment agreements in both the public and private sector for matters regarding: Wages and Benefits, Working Conditions, Workplace Safety, Grievance and Dispute Resolution Procedures, Drug and Alcohol Policies, Internet Use and Security, Training and Advancement, as well as other issues.
